A white tank and well fitting jeans are a summer classic. This combo tends to pop up from time to time in almost everyone's wardrobe, from the fashionista in the city to the mom in "burbs." Just because this look is a staple, doesn't mean it has to be stale. Keep reading to find three ways to dress up this look and make it fresh!

The statement necklace is my personal favorite way to dress up a simple tank and jeans. This season collar necklaces are everywhere, and go great with a lower cut tank. Another option is a long chain with a beautiful pedant. I love the contrast created by the long chain necklace against the stark white tank.

Jewelry not your thing? Or maybe you just want to take your look to new "heights."
pairing your jeans and tank with some killer heels is a sure fired way to up the look of your outfit instantly.
3. Statement Makeup:
One of the best things about wearing a simple tank and jeans is that it allows your face to be the focal point. Since your outfit is not over the top, you get a free pass to indulge your self with a little extra makeup. Feel free to try a bold lip, or maybe even a smokey eye in the day time. Both are a great way to still feel "dressed up" without having to actually get "dressed up.
